White Tiger School Rules


  1. When entering or leaving, students must bow to the instructors, parents, flag and training area. 
  2.  Always answer up with “sir” or “ma’am.” 
  3. If late, sit down in the waiting line and ask instructor to join in. 
  4. If a student needs to use the restroom during class or have any question, raise hand and ask for permission. 
  5.  Find your attendance card and sit quietly in waiting line in the training area. 
  6. Students must reframe from talking during class. There are times when communication is necessary between studetns, but these times are far & few between. Students (children) that are from the age of 4 to 11 years old who talk during class will be given (1) a verbal warning,  (2) five minute timeout, (3) and will be bowed out of class (no class credit) and asked to sit on the bench in the lobby. 
  7. Keep the uniform and your body clean at all times. 
  8. No food, gum, and any drinks allowed in the training floor. 
  9. No jewerly, watch, earring in class. 
  10. No shoes or socks on the training floor.

Tenets of Tae Kwon Do


Tenets of Tae Kwon DoWhite Tiger Tae Kwon Do artists live their lives according to the following 7 tenets; 


  1. Honor is nobility of mind and maintenance of one’s personal dignity in the face of adversity.
    Honor is the gift for yourself. 

  2. Courtesy is thoughtfulness and consideration of other, humility, civility, and politeness. 
  3. Integrity is the uncompromising adherence to a code of moral values and principles. It requires soundness of ethical strength. 
  4. Perseverance is the steadfast pursuit of one’s goals. It is the quality of never giving up in the face of challenge.
  5. Self-Control is the restraint of one’s emotions and reactions. Control comes from within rather than from outside forces. 6.
  6. Courage is the spirit which enables one to face danger with self-possession, confidence, and resolution. Courage consists of a reserve of moral strength on which one may draw in time of emergency. A courageous person will not tolerate injustice. 
  7. Community is the responsibility to contribute to society regardless of one’s position in life. Civil accountability requires us to do our share and to be part of the solution of society’s problems. Remember: Every right implies a responsibility; every opportunity an obligation; every possession a duty.

White Tiger mental education


Everyone wants to have a happy and ideal life, many try to achieve their ideal life through material civilization. As a result, they destroy their helath, moral order,  and life. Moreover, they live in loneliness and agony. We can only achieve truth and happiness when we take care of ourselves and use the wisdom and power which nature gave us, instead of depending on material things.Our Tae Kwon Do is based on strict moral codes. The mind and body are considered more important than material possessions.  


  1. Be loyal to your country.
    Our country is our very soul and we must always strive to be loyal. 
  2. Be obedient to your parent.
    We must honor our parents in order for our children to honor us. 
  3. Be lovable / loving with your husband or wife.
    Husband and wife should be considered one, life without love has no dignity.  
  4. Be cooperative with your brother and / or sisters.
    A person who is considered your brother deserves to be helped, encouraged, and treated with kindness by you and others. 
  5. Be respectful of your elders.
    There is no substitute for the experience of the old. The y should be cared for and honored. 
  6. Be faithful to your friends.A friend is like a brother.
    We are at our best when we forget our troubles to help a friend. 
  7. Be honorable with your instructor (establish trust between teacher and student).
    The teacher must do his students, in return the students will give him loyalty and respect. 
  8. Avoid killing living things.
    We should avoid killing living things whenever possible. 
  9. Be brave, never retreating in battle.
    Not every battle we face is actual physical combat. In fact, we face our own internal battles everyday. Thoughts including anxiety, uncertainty, being overloaded with work, being scared about the future and even taking exams are all battles that we face. In another words, never run away from your problems and responsibilities. 
  10. Be consistent, always finish what you start.
    Most importantly, finish whatever you start. Don't leave things hanging. Responsibility and freedom make a man.
